Position Overview The Client Development team within UK Leasing Advisory has a dynamic, unique and inspiring hiring opportunity; the Client Development team are tasked with growing the revenues of the Occupier-side business of JLL UK Leasing Advisory but also within the ethos of OneJLL which focuses on:(1) Driving deeper client relationships through continual connections, data insights and marketing and research(2) Bringing all logical and valuable service offers to clients and prospects, tailored for their specific needs irrespective of which business line the services sit within JLL(3) Own a revenue target of delivery, growing annually. This (revenue growth) is the primary goal of the team and all efforts will be directed specifically at fulfilling this objectiveThe strategy to achieve the team's objective is broadly split into two parts: Identifying additional ways that JLL can add value to our existing client base within Leasing Advisory - or in other words, leveraging relationships together with internal stakeholders Targeting, contacting and creating/growing a pipeline of new business relationships who may value/need our services Key Responsibilities: New Business Development Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with potential new clients Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities Lead proposal development and client presentations Negotiate contracts and service agreements and internal contracts across JLL group Collaborate with sector specialists and service line experts to craft comprehensive solutions Client Relationship Management & Revenue Growth Manage and nurture relationships with new clients Identify expansion opportunities within current Leasing Advisory clients Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase wallet share and client lifetime value Collaborate with sector specialists and service line experts to craft comprehensive solutions Attend and network relevant branded and property-related events. Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence Develop annual (individual) business plans with revenue targets and growth strategies Monitor market trends and competitive landscape; use all JLL research and thought leadership tools to the widest degree Provide market insights to inform service delivery and product development Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Internal Collaboration Partner with delivery teams to ensure exceptional client service Work seamlessly to demonstrate OneJLL behaviour with teammates from Work Dynamics and Integrated Portfolio Services. Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice development Required Qualifications: Experience 5-10 years of experience in commercial real estate services Proven track record of client relationship management and business development Experience managing large, complex client accounts (£1M+ in annual revenue preferred) Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and revenue growth Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of Corporate Real Estate market dynamics and service offerings for clients Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strategic thinking with ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities Relationship-building expertise with C-suite executives and decision makers CRM proficiency and data-driven approach to business development Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills Education & Certifications University degree required; MBA a plus Industry certifications; a plus Ability to travel as needed Success Metrics Annual revenue growth from existing clients (target: 15-20%) New client acquisition and revenue generation Client retention and satisfaction scores Pipeline development and conversion rates Cross-selling success across service lines Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Discretionary Bonus Comprehensive benefits package Professional development opportunitiesThis role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on JLL UK Leasing Advisory's growth while working with some of the most prominent organisations in commercial real estate.
