In the context of a position for a SME in Geneva, we are looking for a profile involved in daily activities, capable of taking a step back on subjects while remaining very close to the ground with a fine understanding of the issues. With a direct link to the General Management, you will take charge of all financial matters of the group and act as a partner in performance management, execution of activities and missions: - Overall management of the finance function with a strong presence close to teams and ground issues. - Supervision and development of the finance team with a logic of cohesion and performance. - Supervision of cash management, cash flows, and funding needs. - Analysis and monitoring of budgets, reforecasts and financial projections in an evolving environment. - Production of clear financial analyses to support decision-making. - Role as a partner to General Management on development projects, investments, and contributions to the continuous improvement of financial tools, processes, and reporting. - Weekly travel in German-speaking Switzerland to remain connected to teams and issues.Desired profile: - Higher education in finance (federal certificate, HES, chartered accountant or equivalent)- Proven experience as CFO or Finance Manager, ideally in agile growing SMEs- Strong financial culture with the ability to intervene very notably in support of accounting teams- Experience in growth contexts or restructuring- Experience in real estate appreciated for a quick understanding of business issues- Proximity management posture, and oriented towards team engagement- Entrepreneurial spirit, developed business sense, and strong analytical capabilities- Comfortable with executives while staying connected to the ground- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and writtenAvailable candidates ASAP will be prioritized.
