Direct Support Workers - Sorcha Homes Ltd

Sorcha Homes Ltd require five Direct Support Workers to join their team in 2 Kennedy Road, Navan, Co. Meath, Ireland.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support, assisting service users to maintain independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing. You will work as part of a team to ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.

Duties

• Provide day-to-day care and support to service users
• Assist with daily living activities, including meals, personal hygiene, and mobility
• Support individuals to maintain independence and participate in community activities
• Follow individual care plans and support strategies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times
• Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies

Requirements

• Proven experience in support work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Other details:

Salary - €37,544 per annum

Hours - 40 hours per week
