Direct Payment Worker

We are looking to recruit a support worker to support a 16 year old young lady with Autism and epilepsy.

Schedule: 4 hours per week during term time and 8 hours per week during school holidays.

Support the young person with health needs, engage in creative and social activities, plan and arrange sessions, facilitate access to community activities, adapt plans based on her mood, and provide continuity of support.

Experience working with young people, approachable, confident communicator, flexible, supportive attitude, person centred approach. Caring experience helpful but not required.

Must have a driving licence and be able to transport themselves across East Riding of Yorkshire. Enhanced DBS clearance required.
