We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in the Direct Mail sector to join our client's dynamic team. The role requires deep Direct Mail expertise and a service oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and continued growth.
• Gain detailed insight into clients' data to deliver the right message at the right time and to the right person.
• Collaborate closely with clients to optimise their Direct Mail budgets, recommending the best formats and postage options.
• Strive to achieve the best possible ROI for clients by providing innovative solutions and ensuring all project requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of several years' experience in the Direct Mail sector.
• Resident in the UK with recent work experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver outstanding service.
