Job Title: Electronic Manufacturing Technician

Location: Stonehouse, Gloucestershire (Onsite)

Job Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 35 hours/week (7:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Electronic Manufacturing Technician to join a well-established manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role focused on testing, fault finding, and repair of electrical and electromechanical systems.

You will work closely with a collaborative production team, supporting assembly, calibration, and testing activities to ensure high-quality delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing, fault finding, and repair of electrical and electronic systems
• Support production activities including tool assembly, calibration, and testing
• Work with electrical and electromechanical tools following defined procedures
• Maintain and repair test equipment used in production
• Interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including assemblers and technicians
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Update and maintain accurate records within MRP systems (eg, SAP)

Requirements

• Experience in electronic testing, fault finding, and repair
• Background in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Hands-on experience with assembly, wiring, or calibration
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with SAP or MRP systems is advantageous
