As Captain on the Embraer E170/E190, you will lead a professional multi crewed operation, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and on time performance while fostering a positive cockpit and cabin culture.
Minimum requirements- Total time: 4,000 hours
- PIC time: 1,500 hours
- Flight time notes: 1,500 hours as PIC of a commercial jet or turboprop multi crew aircraft. PICUS not included.
- Type rating: Not required (Training provided)
- Licences: ATPL and MCC
- Authority: EASA or UK CAA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 6
- Right to work: Able to work without visa sponsorship
- Proven leadership in a multi crew, commercial airline environment.
- Calm, decisive command in dynamic, time critical situations.
- Exemplary CRM, communication, and coaching skills.
- Uncompromising commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and professional standards.
- Strong flight planning, performance, and fuel management discipline.
Non Type Rated Captains will complete a comprehensive Embraer E Jet program, including ground school, full flight simulator sessions, and supervised line training, followed by recurrent checking in line with EASA/UK CAA standards.
