We prize creativity and imagination and The purpose of this role is to ensure the procurement of assigned raw materials and packaging categories is in line with Procurement/Supply Chain best practice, company guidelines, site quality and cost-effective commercial targets. Accountable for global strategy decisions in sourcing, establishing and managing budget/commercials, performance measures and business goals for the direct sourcing of raw materials and packaging for the site. Job Responsibilities The following responsibilities are associated with this job role but are not limited to: Qualifications and DESIRED SKILLS Strong experience within an industrial purchasing/procurement/sourcing roleHighly Influential, with ability to negotiate effectively across the globe (Strategic Global outlook)Experience using SAP systems Chemical industry/manufacturing experience preferred Can demonstrate effective leadership skills with stakeholdersStrong process management including experience of auditing processesGreat communication skills and the ability to develop long-term cross functional and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders, across all operational environmentsChartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) qualifications preferred, but not required
