Digital Workplace Lead - Ballymena (Northern Ireland) - c£70K
Nigel Frank is supporting a leading organisation in their search for a Digital Workplace Lead to join their growing IT function. This is an excellent opportunity to own and deliver a Group-wide digital workplace strategy, driving collaboration and innovation across the business.
You will play a key role in designing and implementing an AI-enabled digital workplace on Microsoft 365, building a scalable Intranet and collaboration platform across multiple companies and tenants.
This role is ideal for a technically strong leader who enjoys working with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-level digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the Group digital workplace strategy, enhancing how employees collaborate, communicate, and access information.
- Design and implement a Group-wide Intranet platform across multiple Microsoft 365 tenants.
- Establish the Intranet as a central hub for communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance the employee digital experience.
- Lead the design and development of a modern Intranet using SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering enterprise Intranet or digital workplace platforms.
- Experience implementing collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong understanding of governance, information architecture, and platform standards.
- Experience leading large-scale technology projects impacting a broad user base.
- Experience with AI-enabled tools and automation within the Microsoft ecosystem.
