Digital Wealth Propositions Lead

Aviva plc is seeking a Digital Product & Propositions Lead to own strategic digital propositions across Wealth, coordinating delivery and shaping the OneWealth vision. The role spans Direct-to-Consumer, Workplace and Adviser channels, working with Wealth, Customer & Marketing, CIO and COO to create scalable, customer-centric experiences.

You will influence senior stakeholders, apply agile approaches, and leverage data and AI to improve processes and outcomes.
