Digital Value Realisation & Adoption Lead

Haleon is seeking a Value Assurance Manager to define and embed adoption, behaviour change and value realisation across its Commercial Digital Services portfolio. You will integrate behavioural science, lead measurement frameworks and deliver dashboards that track benefits and performance for senior leadership.

You will partner with Product Delivery, Deployment Leads and the CTO/ETO to ensure adoption readiness, track value, and drive data-driven decisions that translate into in-market payoff
