Job Description

Digital Transformation Specialist - Generative AI Projects vacancy for our Rotkreuz based client in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

  • Assess and analyse design control processes to identify pain points and opportunities for leveraging Generative AI to increase productivity.
  • Identify use cases for automating and digitalising work processes, including key performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness of AI implementation.
  • Lead the development of a proof of concept for a selected AI concept, collaborating with internal resources or external partners.
  • Support the development, validation, and scale-up of chosen AI implementations.
  • Actively participate in an agile environment, contributing to project planning, execution, and delivery.

Your experience/knowledge:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or internal development processes and/or digitalisation in a regulated environment.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a regulated environment, such as the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Deep familiarity with engineering design processes and design control documentation.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies, including an understanding of a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) setup.
  • Language skills: English, German (nice to have).

  • Excellent communication skills.
