WSP is seeking a senior Digital Transformation Growth Lead in the UK/Ireland markets. The role combines hands-on delivery with business development, shaping propositions and driving revenue growth in priority public sector and infrastructure sectors.

You will design and embed digital, data and AI-enabled change, guiding strategy to adoption and practical implementation while building lasting relationships with senior clients across local and central government, transport, water and energy.
