Digital Transformation & Change Lead (Workday HR)

EMBL-EBI in Cambridgeshire is seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to drive EMBL-wide change programmes, working with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver practical digital improvements.

Reporting to the Head of the Operations Management Team, you will support ERP transformation, maintain Workday Help content, develop user guides, and coordinate training and communications across HR, Finance and other business areas.
