Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00
Temporary Position (Possible Perm)
We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Administrator to join the Digital Technology Service (DTS) team at Sheffield Hallam University.
This role involves providing proactive administrative support across a range of digital and operational services, ensuring an excellent experience for staff, students, visitors, and stakeholders.

- Have strong administration and organisational skills
- Be confident communicating with a wide range of people
- Be able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Have good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Be reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
