Job Description

We're looking for an experienced, progressive, and engaging professional to join the Disruptive Learning team and drive the organisation and delivery of digital training across our bootcamp and apprenticeship digital programmes.

The person joining the Disruptive Learning team will play a key role in delivering part of the Disruptive Learning Growth Strategy, providing a sector-leading curriculum with high-quality teaching, engaging learning resources, and activities. They will champion digital technologies to enhance quality, accessibility, and opportunity. The Role

  1. We seek someone who is forward-thinking with bold ideas, ensuring the basics are covered, doing the right thing, and remaining compliant.
  2. Utilise your industry knowledge to develop engaging, industry-relevant curricula and programmes.
  3. Collaborate with the partnerships team, external partners, and academic teams to contribute to curriculum design, delivery, and the wider student experience as required.
  4. Deliver highly effective and engaging teaching activities at various levels to learners with different experience levels, on campus, online, in external settings, or in project-based environments.
  5. Provide an organised and structured approach to curriculum development and delivery, managing your workload to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard within deadlines.
  6. Work with the partnerships team and employers to develop programmes, curricula, and training that enable learners to progress into successful careers.
  7. Hold a Degree or Level 4 qualification.
  8. Possess technical industry and vendor certifications, including but not limited to cloud computing, software/web development, data, AI/ML, security, and networking, or have significant industry experience.

Please note this role requires a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
