Role Overview

We are seeking a Project / Medical Affairs Coordinator to support the Medical Affairs, Project Management, and Commercial teams within our IberoAmerica division. This role will contribute to the development of medical content, scientific strategies, and educational and promotional initiatives for pharmaceutical clients, working in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medical Content & Strategy
    Contribute to the development of medical and scientific content, including medical writing for articles, marketing materials, and digital platforms
  • Project Execution
    Support the implementation of online and offline projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Medical Communications & Events
    Coordinate with medical experts, key opinion leaders, and institutions for the organization of medical and scientific events in Brazil and internationally
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work closely with Medical Affairs and Project Management teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications
  • Education
    Degree or academic background in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • Experience
    Proven experience in writing and reviewing medical or scientific content
    Experience in project management within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or agency environment
  • Skills & Competencies
    Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and pharmaceutical industry trends
    Proficiency in project management tools (Wrike preferred) and advanced MS Office skills
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
    Strong communication and presentation skills with clients and the medical community
  • Languages
    Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (required)
    Spanish and English highly desirable

    Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally
