Our client, a large, customer-focused organisation is seeking an experienced Digital Strategy Manager to lead the development and performance of its digital channels, including a high-traffic website and social media platforms. This is a key role within a broader Marketing and Communications function, responsible for shaping how customers and stakeholders engage across digital touchpoints.
The RoleReporting to the Head of Marketing & Digital, this role will take ownership of digital strategy, channel performance and continuous improvement across web and social. You will lead a small, high-performing team and play a central role in delivering engaging, accessible and insight-led digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver the organisation's digital strategy across website and social media
- Own the roadmap for digital channels, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and user experience
- Lead and develop a team of digital specialists
- Oversee website performance, content and publishing workflows
- Manage social media channels, including planning, publishing and community management
- Ensure consistent, high-quality content across all digital touchpoints
- Use data and insights to drive performance improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support wider communications and campaign activity
- Monitor digital trends and introduce new tools and approaches where appropriate
- 7+ years' experience in digital marketing, digital communications or digital strategy roles
- Strong experience managing websites and social media channels at scale
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team
- Strong understanding of content strategy, user experience and digital performance
