Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Turin for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Nembol.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of:

• Create digital marketing strategies, through SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and content marketing.
• Develop editorial plans and content strategy projects and takes care of their operational development.
• Create textual and visual content for the company's website, newsletters, and social channels (with a focus on LinkedIn and YouTube).
• Optimize SEO content to improve search engine ranking.
• Collaborate with the design team on content creation (including institutional/promotional videos).
• Manage and optimize the company's CRM to improve customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Design, Communication, or a related field. Recent graduates are also welcome!
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills. (MUST have)
• Fluency in using Figma.
• Good knowledge of Adobe suite tools is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Videomaking skills is a plus.
• General knowledge of how a website works (front-end, back-end, UI-UX).
• Analytical and strong problem solving skills.
• Self-starters with a desire to bring their ideas into the company.
• International experience is a plus.
