Digital Marketing Paid Media Executive Hybrid / Leeds

Overview

The Paid Media Executive will help manage and improve Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, supporting daily activity, spotting opportunities for growth, and contributing to reporting and analysis. With experience in Google Ads and Meta, they will bring creativity, analytical thinking and strong communication skills to a collaborative team.

What You'll Do

At Ayko we create and market high-quality e-commerce websites for well-known brands - we're growing at a great pace thanks to our great reputation. We're looking to scale our digital marketing team and are looking for the next SEO expert to help us grow.

• Support on day-to-day client activity across Paid Search and Paid Social platforms and support senior members of the team when required
• Demonstrate strong initiative in identifying growth opportunities for client accounts as well as testing opportunities
• Create client reports, forecasts as well as audit existing and new client accounts
• Be creative when looking for solutions to difficult problems
• Be an active, motivated and inspired member of the team
• Maintain a full understanding of company processes, policies, guidelines, and contractual obligations and ensure these are consistently followed
• Be provided opportunities for growth and success within the company

What We're Looking For

• 6 months of experience managing Google Ads & Meta accounts
• Up-to-date Google Ads Certifications and/or Meta Blueprint Certification
• A good grasp of effective marketing campaign principles and the ability to perform a comprehensive analysis of campaign performance
• Energy and enthusiasm with an ability to learn quickly
• Articulate and concise communication skills
• A desire to be a team player
• A proven track record of successful deliveries with deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.

Bonus Points

• eCommerce exposure - knowledge of Shopify & Magento
• Experience with other Paid Social platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest
• Experience with other channels such as Display and/or Marketplace advertising
• Good grasp of Excel/Google Sheets
