You will define and drive the global SEO strategy to maximize our organic search visibility - working closely with local market teams to make it happen.

As a key partner to STADA's Communications team, you will help shape and roll out best-in-class global website guidelines.

Whether it's keyword research or on-page optimization, you'll support and train local markets to elevate their SEO performance.

Collaboration will be a big part of your role - expect to work alongside IT, Communications, agencies, and design teams to implement technical SEO improvements.

You will keep a close watch on global performance, tracking organic traffic, rankings, and conversions - and turning data into insights.

By benchmarking competitors and spotting trends, you'll uncover new opportunities to grow our presence through organic channels

You bring at least 3-5 years of experience in SEO and website management, with a strong foundation in both strategy and execution.

With a captivating personality and a drive for continuous improvement, you're someone who brings energy and initiative to everything you do.

You have got a proven track record of growing organic traffic - and the results to back it up.

You can demonstrate your Project management skills, especially when coordinating multiple stakeholders across internal teams and external partners.

You are proficient in key SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.

An understanding of UX/UI best practices helps you connect SEO with seamless user experiences.

Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is beneficial.

You are fluent in English, any additionl language is a plus.
