Role OverviewWe're looking for an experienced digital product specialist to work with our VP, Marketing - Digital to develop industry leading websites and apps for our festivals. The Digital Marketing Manager - Product is responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of products that enable fans to discover our events, buy tickets, find key information and more. You'll also work on site at festivals and events to adapt product content in real time. Your work will drive ticket sales and support the shared goal of growing first party data.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver the digital product roadmap in partnership with the VP Marketing - Digital.
- Oversee the day to day running of a portfolio of festival websites and apps, ensuring optimal user experience, ticket purchase flow, content quality, and data collection.
- Project manage delivery of new websites and apps across multiple platforms, from conception to launch.
- Respond to briefs on how digital products can be developed to meet campaign needs, including onsite live event support.
- Line manage the digital product team, mentoring and developing staff.
- Provide weekly reporting on incremental growth in reach and ticket sales.
- Continuously optimise all platforms to maximise performance.
- Advocate for data driven decisions using tools such as GA4.
- Proven digital project management experience working with internal teams and agencies under tight deadlines.
- Track record of managing websites and apps from scratch, using a range of CMS platforms.
- Experience with line management of a product or digital team.
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient with GA4 and related analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, self starter mindset.
- Desirable coding experience.
