DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Location: Hull - Office based until after probation

Salary: Up to £34,000 + progression opportunities

About the role: Get Recruited is seeking a Marketing Executive to join a well-established company. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the marketing team with the implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
2. Create content across various channels, including adverts for PPC campaigns and website content.
3. Optimize website performance, focusing on organic traffic, bounce, and conversion rates.
4. Monitor and report on digital performance, providing insights to improve campaigns.
5. Produce high-quality content such as blog articles, social media posts, press releases, and marketing materials.
6. Manage social media schedules across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.

Candidate Profile:

1. Experience in a Marketing or Digital Marketing role.
2. Background in Financial Services, Insurance, or regulated environments is preferred.
3. Basic copywriting skills and understanding of SEO principles.
4. Creative mindset with an eye for design.
5. Strong attention to detail and data interpretation skills.
6. Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
7. Experience with WordPress, PPC, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and social media platforms is desirable.
