Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate

Reports To: Director of Business Development / Chief Operating Officer

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for executing and optimizing Mainspring's digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms to support brand awareness, census growth, and service-line expansion. This role works closely with leadership, internal teams, and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives align with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, and paid advertising platforms
  • Manage and update website content, landing pages, and basic SEO to support admissions and business development goals
  • Manage and execute social media strategy for Mainspring and designated key staff, ensuring consistent brand voice and professional presence
  • Create, schedule, and monitor social media content aligned with compliance standards and campaign objectives
  • Travel to Mainspring sites on a quarterly basis to support marketing initiatives, capture content, and collaborate with onsite leadership
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROI) and provide actionable insights
  • Work collaboratively with outside vendors, agencies, designers, and consultants to execute marketing projects and campaigns
  • Support marketing needs for multiple service lines, locations, and growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with business development, admissions, and clinical leadership to ensure messaging accuracy and alignment
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and organizational announcements
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices within healthcare and behavioral health
Minimum Qualifications Education / Credentials
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or analytics a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or highly regulated industries preferred
Knowledge / Skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (social media, email, web, paid ads)
  • Experience managing professional or executive-level social media accounts
  • Working knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and content management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external vendors
Working Conditions
