Job Description
We are currently looking for a Digital Identification & Traceability Analyst (Supply Chain)
Job Description:
- Minimum of 4 Years of Experience In Digital Identification and Traceability, Preferably in Supply Chain
- Expertise In Data Analytics and Data Management, Particularly in Implementing Traceability Systems and Processes.
- Proven understanding of Serialization, UDI, 2D Barcodes
- Proven Leadership Skills, With the ability to manage Cross-Functional teams and drive Projects to completion on time and within budget.
- Experience with industry standards such as GS1 (Global Standards organization)
- Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain interactions, interdependencies, and end-to-end business/IT architecture
- Ability to understand the cultural and change management requirements and impact inherent in a large, complex organizational change initiative
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the ongoing end-to-end efforts to understand compliance regulations and customer requirements globally
- Own and lead the ongoing end-to-end efforts to identify customer requirements and provide data to customers in a timely, cost effective and efficient manner.
- Lead cross functional coordination of all scoping activities (eg, business requirements, cost estimation, capital appropriation request development etc.)
- Engage appropriate stakeholders (eg, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Operating Companies) to interpret components of the requirements and develop processes to develop future state processes that drive compliance to regulations/customer requirements.
- Partner with regional teams to prioritize regional portfolio for implementations and drive regional/local engagement.
- Identify technologies to improve operational processes, data quality and customer compliance
- Ensure all Work Instructions are aligned for operational excellence according to GxP.
- Augment and maintain comprehensive metrics and track issues, problem solving resolutions, contingency plans, and timelines to communicate to stakeholders.
- Serve as SME for key stakeholder partners including IT, Commercial, Customer Service, Distribution, Customers, Master Data, Internal and External Manufacturers, Trade, etc.
- Support global leadership team in activities related to global strategy, tactical actions, and financial management.
- Represent the DI&T programs within the local business, IT, and supply chain organizations.
- Develop, align with business, and execute opportunities to leverage these capabilities to deliver value, to and its partners, beyond customer compliance.
- Keep abreast of new/existing regulations and pending regulations for other countries.
- Keep abreast of new/existing customer requirements.
- Lead clients efforts regionally and globally with industry to influence industry and regulatory authorities and shape regulations.
- Work with Organizational Change Management and Communications team members to develop appropriate documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for value creation for the business and customers/partners; execute them as prioritized.
