Digital Helpdesk Apprentice - Facilities FM & Navision

Apleona UK is seeking a Digital Customer Support Apprentice to join the helpdesk for the FedEx UK account. You will coordinate facilities management requests, engage engineers and subcontractors, and ensure SLAs are met while logging activity in Navison.

The role involves monitoring emails, updating portals, and using tools like SharePoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook to keep operations aligned across the UK. Training and growth are provided through QA's apprenticeship program.
