Job Summary:

As a Project Manager within the Experience and Transformation business unit, you are responsible for the successful delivery of exciting digital transformation projects for our clients. You will be working with a handful of clients across a wide range of industries delivering a variety of projects including MarTech implementation projects, Website design and build projects and Customer Experience design projects.

The ideal candidate will have client-facing project management experience and be knowledgeable about how to effectively operate in a fast-paced consultancy environment. You will have a firm grasp of both agile and waterfall methodologies and be able to use either or a mix of these to ensure high-quality outputs. You will be proactive, pragmatic, be solution-focused and passionate about delivery and delivering value to our clients.

This role sits within the Project Management Office (PMO) function of the Experience and Transformation team and reports into the Head of Delivery, E&T. This role is hybrid and requires the successful candidate to be in our Kensington office in London three days per week. It might also require ad-hoc travel to clients' offices for key meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end delivery of medium to large sized projects. This includes but is not limited to, delivery planning and management, risk and issue management, commercial management, resource management and stakeholder management.

Primary contact for client for project delivery and responsible for all day-to-day workings to ensure we deliver on-time, on-budget and to scope. You are responsible for raising and agreeing Change Requests where required.

Owner of project governance including RACI and RAID logs, project plans, burn reports, status reports, status meetings, agile events, etc.

Collaborate with our Traffic & Resources Manager to ensure accurate and effective resource bookings.

Collaborate with the Sales & Client Services teams to ensure value in delivery, new business opportunities are passed on and client and internal stakeholders at all levels are effectively managed.

Be an active participant in the CACI delivery community, sharing best practice, supporting & mentoring others, and looking to continually improve our delivery processes.

Skills & Experience

Our Project Managers are not only passionate about project management but also the digital transformation space. We expect you either have experience in delivering digital transformation projects or have a proven interest and are keen to dive in and gain hands-on experience. We pride ourselves on keeping up with emerging technologies and being innovative, so it is important you enjoy learning and continuous improvement. You must have proven experience in adopting a growth mindset.

For our current requirement, we are looking for someone with:

Experience owning the end-to-end delivery of projects in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Experience or a proven interest in digital transformation projects.

A firm grasp of both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.

Experience managing commercials, including budget tracking and revenue forecasting.

Experience in effectively managing internal and client stakeholders.

Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.

Strong organisation skills - you can successfully work across multiple projects at once and effectively prioritise your work.

The ability to build relationships both internally and with client.

Strong problem-solving skills.
