Digital Coordinator page is loaded Digital Coordinatorlocations: Farringdon, London, United Kingdomtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR-84834Job Summary: Company: Live Nation Department: Marketing Partnerships Location: Farringdon, London Reports to: Digital Director Working Hours: Full time plus some weekend working in preparation for and during festival season Job Type: Fixed term until Sept 2026 Role Description The Partnerships Digital Team requires an experienced Coordinator to join the Marketing Partnerships department that leads on commercial partners and their IP integration and use.The ideal candidate will be someone who can hit the ground running taking direction to deliver a wide range of digital partnership activity across the Live Nation festival and venue portfolio.The Partnerships Coordinator will be supporting Digital team in partnership delivery, with attention to detail an important skill.The role would suit someone who is digital savvy, excels in a fast-paced environment, and is able to work to tight deadlines, with attention to detail.Previous experience of working within digital marketing, with multiple stakeholders, as well as with brands is preferred, but not essential. Who you are Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience Essential Resourceful and flexible with a positive 'can do' approach Highly organised and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Passion for live music Skilled at multi-tasking, essential for working on multiple partners and multiple festivals at once Excellent attention to detail Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google suites Ability to plan, anticipate problems and how best to address themDesirable Experience in partnerships, marketing, festivals and/or the live music business Digital marketing experience Behaviours The following attributes determine how the role will be carried out and are required to be a success A highly self-motivated and organised working style Confident, friendly and able to build a rapport with all types of people A highly motivated, tenacious and conscientious individual who takes pride in delivering work to the highest standard A fast learner Ability to work calm under pressure despite conflicting demands A hard worker dedicated to going the extra mile What the role includes Supporting the Digital Partnerships team to deliver digital rights for brand partners, ensuring agreed digital exposure (such as social posts, website placements and email activity) is planned and delivered Working with festival marketing teams to coordinate partner activity across organic and paid digital platforms Supporting with the delivery and approval of digital assets with internal teams and brand clients, including social content, website/app placements, partner logos, graphics and video Assisting with digital reporting by gathering and organising performance data from multiple sources Providing administrative support to the team, including meeting note-taking, agenda setting, updating trackers and managing shared documents Supporting the team during busy periods, particularly in the lead-up to and during festival season Equal Opportunities We are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
