About the Role

Cpl is partnering with a leading fashion organisation who are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Content Creator & Community Manager to join the team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a content professional with a passion for social media, video production, community engagement, and visual storytelling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content across TikTok and YouTube, supporting photography projects when needed, and helping to grow and engage our online community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging video content for TikTok and YouTube, from concept and filming through to editing and publishing.
  • Manage social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, optimisation, and community engagement.
  • Develop creative content ideas that align with brand objectives and current trends.
  • Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Support photography projects, including assisting with shoots, image selection, and editing.
  • Participate in and occasionally host live shopping sessions and promotional content.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider creative team to ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels.
  • Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience creating and managing content for TikTok and YouTube.
  • Strong video production and editing skills using platforms such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
  • Experience with photography and image editing software, including Lightroom and Photoshop.
  • Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within fashion, luxury, retail, or other creative industries is desirable.
  • French language skills are an advantage but not essential.
