Digital Change Manager - Transformation & Adoption

Primark is seeking a Change Manager to lead end-to-end change delivery within the Digital Transformation portfolio. You will plan, design and embed change interventions across processes, systems and ways of working, coordinating with business, technology and cross-functional stakeholders.

You'll manage change readiness, adoption measurements and governance, while guiding go-live and hypercare; experience across multiple projects and strong communication skills are essential.
