Job Description

Sofis is looking for a digital focused, customer driven B2B marketeer to increase the awareness of Sofis solutions for the different customers groups across the globe, by executing effective campaigns, relevant events, support the global partner network to generate leads and increase brand awareness.


Success requires a focus to understand the customer's challenges and problems and translate them into the right communication messages, picking the right channels to reach- and activate our audiences.


Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing activities for the various Sofis solutions in all regions to drive leads and awareness with campaigns and events and other relevant materials.
  • Create online campaigns for lead generation
  • Analyse the data to optimize the results (Google Analytics, Google Ads en HubSpot), report results and adjust tactics based on insights.
  • Manage the online agency and ensure strong execution and good ROI
  • Work with the content marketeer to create campaigns via social channels.
  • Work with the sales managers to create relevant content to support lead generation.
  • Work with product management for the creation of relevant and attractive messages for new products or adaptations to the current portfolio.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with the regional offices in India, US (Houston) and Europe.
  • Develop other communication materials to support awareness and lead generation.


You will be responsible and accountable for the following:

  • Support the commercial results with excellent marketing communication and campaigns
  • Create the right communication messages and channels to reach globally our end users in the process safety, maintenance and operations in the energy sector, food, pharma, oil & Gas, Petrochem, marine, etc
  • Create the right communication messages and channels to reach global EPC's in engineering and procurement
  • Support the network of agents and distributors with relevant materials and making sure they use and find our communication
  • Become the specialist of how to communicate best on Sofis applications and products in the energy and process industries to the various targets groups and stakeholders in these industries.


About you

  • HBO education or/ work and thinking level
  • You are a hands-on, proactive team player-spotting opportunities, initiating action together with the sales team, and taking ownership of follow-up and performance measurement.
  • Proven B2B marketing experience
  • Experience with digital marketing and social selling.
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to translate insights into action.
  • Good listener and customer oriented.
  • The ability to interact successfully across cultures.
  • Excellent English language communication skills, preferable with multiple languages
  • Self-starter, able to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
  • You are a team player.
  • MS Office (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred)
  • Experience of working with data intelligence tools/portals
