Position Summary:

NexGen Cloud is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Digital Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with our existing SMB and mid-market customers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering customer value in the fast-evolving world of GPU cloud infrastructure and AI computing. As a Digital Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring satisfaction, driving solution adoption, and identifying new revenue opportunities. You'll also help qualify and nurture inbound interest, working closely with our sales team to develop high-potential leads. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing SMB and mid-market accounts, with a focus on retention, upsell, and customer success.
  • Build deep understanding of each customer's business needs and map them to NexGen Cloud's GPU and AI solutions.
  • Identify and execute on cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor account health and proactively address issues to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Qualify new business opportunities and transition high-value leads to the sales team.
  • Use CRM tools to track activity, maintain accurate forecasts, and manage pipeline health.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical) to deliver a seamless and consultative customer experience.
  • Stay current on trends in AI, GPU infrastructure, and cloud computing to effectively support customer conversations.
  • Report regularly on account performance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications and skills

  • Proven experience in Account Management, or a similar role in cloud infrastructure, GPU technology, or IaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI industry trends and tools, or a demonstrated ability to learn them quickly.
  • Ability to drive revenue growth through relationship building, solution selling, and opportunity development.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership.
