  • Coordinate and monitor workflows and the quality of side dishes and soups

  • Instruct and guide Commis

  • Proactively implement sustainable food concepts

  • Independently ensure quality and hygiene control

What we offer
  • Completed apprenticeship as a chef/cook EFZ or comparable three-year vocational training in gastronomy

  • Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and a drive for excellence in all areas

  • Willingness to take responsibility and guide team members

  • Strong understanding of quality and hygiene

  • Proven experience as a Commis, ideally in the upscale segment

  • Enjoyment of variety, innovation, and sustainability
