Role Overview

The Dietitian/Nutritionist will be responsible for assessing the nutritional needs of residents, developing individualized meal plans, and collaborating with the culinary team to ensure dietary requirements are met. This role is vital in promoting the health and well-being of residents through proper nutrition.

Key Responsibilities

• Nutritional Assessment: Evaluate residents' dietary needs and create personalized nutrition plans.
• Meal Planning: Collaborate with chefs to develop menus that meet diverse nutritional requirements.
• Education: Provide guidance to residents and staff on nutritional best practices.
• Monitoring: Track residents' progress and adjust meal plans as necessary.
• Compliance: Ensure all dietary services comply with health regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition.
• Registration: Registered with CORU as a Dietitian.
• Experience: Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with elderly populations.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
