Diagnostics Project Lead - Cancer Genomics & In-House Lab

Serova is building a select set of laboratory-developed tests (LDTs) with Azenta (GENEWIZ) for cancer and cancer-vaccine patients. The role leads assay development, regulatory planning, and coordination with Azenta and internal teams to bring tests in-house as demand grows.

You will own the development and validation plans, work with bioinformatics to ensure data readiness, and guide regulatory strategy across CLIA/CAP, FDA or UK rules. London or SF-based with visa/worspace flexibility preferred.
