Diagnostic Technician

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician with a knack for diagnostics, a passion for continuous learning, and a drive to work on Stellantis brand products as a key member of our successful aftersales team. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI or a City & Guilds Level 3 qualification, at a minimum.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure quality and a first time fix to delight our customers every time.
- Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues and sell up opportunities.
- Communicate with workshop supervision regarding work progress.
- Assist and coach colleagues with technical assistance.
- Maintain a clean & safe work bay.
- Complete MOTs in line with DVSA standards (if required).
- Diagnose complex vehicle systems and routine service and repairs.
- Experience as a diagnostic technician.
- Strong knowledge of Stellantis vehicle systems.
- Valid NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology or equivalent City & Guilds Level 3 qualification.
- Passion for troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
- £1500 sign on bonus from 1st September 2025.
- Additional efficiency bonus and £91 per month salary uplift for MOT qualified technicians.
