Job Description

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to lead the automation of IT compliance, You will work closely with our Platform, Security, and Product Engineering teams to build solutions that ensure our Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

. Design and develop automated solutions to detect, prioritize, and solve ITCOs in GCP and hybrid environments.
. Integrate compliance detection tools with remediation pipelines (CI/CD).
. Collaborate with Security teams to translate corporate policies and regulatory requirements (NIS2, CIS benchmarks, IAM policies) into automated controls.
. Build integrations with APIs and internal systems (Slack, Jira, ServiceNow) for alerts and automated actions.
. Create reports and dashboards to track compliance metrics and trends.
. Maintain and evolve Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
. Document processes and workflows for internal and external audits.

Requirements:

. 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
. Advanced experience with Google Cloud Platform (IAM, CloudSQL, GKE, BigQuery, Organization Policy, Security Command Center).
. Strong Infrastructure as Code skills: Terraform, Ansible (Puppet experience is a plus for reading/migration).
. Proficiency in Python or Go for automation and Scripting.
. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins).
. Knowledge of security and compliance standards (NIS2, CIS, ISO27001).
. Experience with monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver
