Role: DevOps Lead. Cloud: Azure. Start Date: September 2025. Location: London or Edinburgh (4 Days per week). Duration: 12 Months. Rate: £700 Outside IR35
iO are on the lookout for an experienced DevOps Lead to join a high-performing, co-located squad working on a major, data-driven initiative. This is a hands-on role where your technical leadership will shape DevOps strategy across CI/CD, automation, and environment management.
Responsibilities- Designing and governing robust CI/CD pipelines
- Driving automated deployments and a smooth Route to Live
- Leading strategic environment configuration (ODS)
- Implementing monitoring and alerting frameworks
- Sharing DevOps best practices and ensuring knowledge transfer across the team
- Strong hands-on expertise with Azure (Databricks, SQL, ADF)
- Familiarity with Event Hubs and real-time streaming pipelines
