We are seeking a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our Global Information Security and AI Infrastructure team. The primary focus of this role is to design, implement, and support secure, scalable Generative AI (GenAI) CI/CD pipelines, with strong emphasis on security, automation, and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for GenAI models using Jenkins, Ansible, HELM charts, and XLR, adhering to SDLC and security standards.

  • Deploy and manage GenAI workloads on Kubernetes/OpenShift, ensuring scalability, high availability, and secure runtime configurations.

  • Integrate Jenkins with Kubernetes to enable container-based build and deployment pipelines.

  • Implement model and artifact versioning using BitBucket and JFrog Artifactory following CI/CD best practices.

  • Apply secure DevOps (DevSecOps) principles, including pipeline security, secrets handling, and access controls.

  • Implement observability across GenAI pipelines using monitoring, logging, and tracing tools.

  • Collaborate closely with ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Platform Engineering, and Security teams to ensure governance and compliance.

  • Apply DevOps principles to enable rapid, secure iteration and deployment of GenAI applications.

Must Haves
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (OpenShift) and HELM charts.

  • Proven experience designing and running Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, including:

    • End-to-end CI/CD process design

    • Pipeline execution flow and triggers

    • Jenkins integration with Kubernetes

  • Solid understanding of CI/CD security, including:

    • Securing Jenkins (credentials, RBAC, secrets)

    • Kubernetes security (RBAC, namespaces, network policies, image security)

  • Experience with Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation.

  • Strong knowledge of Terraform best practices, including:

    • Managing AWS infrastructure updates via Terraform

    • Understanding Terraform state files and why they are not versioned directly

    • Validating Terraform changes using plan, validation, and policy controls

  • Experience with BitBucket and JFrog Artifactory for source control and artifact/model management.

  • Proven ability to implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure DevOps practices.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams.

Nice to Haves
  • Familiarity with MLOps platforms such as MLflow.

  • Experience with automated testing and validation of GenAI models in CI/CD pipelines.

  • Exposure to cloud-native and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of secrets management using HashiCorp Vault in enterprise CI/CD environments.
