Join a fast-growing, privacy-focused tech startup driving innovation in data sovereignty. We're building secure, scalable infrastructure that gives organizations complete control over their digital assets-and we're looking for an experienced CloudOps Engineer to help us lead the charge.


What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and maintain OpenStack-based infrastructure
  • Automate infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps
  • Manage Kubernetes environments (Helm, ArgoCD, Istio)
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)
  • Set up monitoring and logging (Datadog, Elastic Stack)
  • Lead on cloud security and system hardening
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues
  • Mentor junior engineers and support technical decisions
  • Participate in on-call rotation


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in CloudOps/DevOps roles
  • Strong OpenStack expertise (or similar platforms)
  • Proficient with IaC (Terraform), scripting (Python, Bash, Go)
  • Deep Linux and networking knowledge
  • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
  • Familiar with CI/CD, monitoring, and logging tools
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills
  • Self-driven and adaptable in a dynamic environment
