DevOps Engineer Requirements:

1. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
2. Automate workflows using tools like Ansible, GitHub, and Jira.
3. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize deployments and ensure secure, scalable systems.
4. Implement and manage monitoring solutions with Splunk, Grafana, and ELK for system performance.
5. Diagnose issues, apply fixes, and recommend system improvements.
6. Optimize AWS-based infrastructure for high availability and cost-efficiency.

DevOps Engineer Experience, Skills, and Traits:

1. Proficiency with Ansible, Jira, and GitHub for automation and deployments.
2. Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
3. Strong scripting skills in YAML, PowerShell, Python, or Ruby.
4. Expertise in testing and validating code for quality and performance.
5. Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
