AWS Cloud & Windows Operations/DevOps Engineer (L1-L2 Support)

Job Description:

Role: Cloud & Windows Operations/DevOps Engineer (L1-L2 Support)

Engagement Details

• Location: Sweden (local candidate required)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Full-time, 6 months (with possible extension)
• Required Language: Fluency in English and Swedish

Environment

• On-premise: Windows Server-based applications
• Cloud: Web solutions hosted on AWS Cloud
• Experience required in both Windows-based environments and AWS Cloud

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support in Swedish for end clients
• Support and troubleshoot applications hosted on Windows Servers and AWS
• Automate deployment and operational processes using Configuration-as-Code (YAML, JSON, XML)
• Develop and automate DevOps scripts using PowerShell and Bash
• Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Support cloud infrastructure operations including networking and security
• Collaborate with internal teams in a fast-paced production environment

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-8 years of experience (Intermediate to Senior level)
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Windows Server environments
• AWS Cloud
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
• Configuration-as-Code
• Git and Scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Operational experience with:
• Cloud networking (VPCs, subnets, load balancers, DNS)
• HTTPS/TLS
• Proven success in building and maintaining automation pipelines
• Fluency in English and Swedish
• Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
• Genuine interest in healthcare technology and operational excellence
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively
