Job Description
The Company:

CK Group are recruiting for a Development Technologist, to join a multinational corporation, specialising in the development and production of advanced thermoset composite materials, at their site in Nottinghamshire, on a permanent basis, for a salary from £35,000 - £45,000pa.

Location:

This role is located in Nottinghamshire. The site is also easily commutable from Derbyshire and South Yorkshire.

Development Technologist Role:
  • To identify potential technological improvements and areas of potential R&D, in line with the company s business strategy and market plan.
  • To deliver agreed R&D projects.
  • Involvement in Product Launch and related marketing activities.
  • Communicate the results of R&D projects through appropriate formats to a variety of audiences.
  • Support the Product Development team as required in line with the R&D roadmap.
  • Assist with the creation of the company s Product Development objectives.
Your Background:

To be considered for this position, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
  • Degree level qualification materials science / chemistry.
  • Industry experience.
  • Proven ability to develop resin formulations for prepreg applications.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of analytical techniques used for resin development.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Microsoft Office competent.
