You will lead the car seat product team and make sure everything you do lines up with the bigger product vision. Together, you will build a strong portfolio, manage the full 'Product Life Cycle', and keep a sharp focus on performance - across D2C, Amazon and retail. You will dive into data, spot trends, and turn insights into action. Leading means being present. So, you inspire your team to grow, keep them focused, and push them to aim higher - while also challenging suppliers to stay aligned with business goals.
