It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.Job PurposeThe Development Scientist supports new product development by developing formulations and/or providing analysis and evaluation of material and products at all stages of the development process, taking into account scientific and timing objectivesThis individual would have various levels of involvement in development and validation of in-vitro models, development and validation of analytical method and development and scale-up of conventional and non-conventional solid, semi-solid and other formulationsFocus on preformulation and familiarity/expertise on select preformulation techniquesKey ResponsibilitiesManages or contributes to one or more projects in support of departmental plans. Exercises a wide degree of technical sophistication in accomplishing assigned objectivesDesigns experiments and carries out scientific work with an awareness of state-of-the-art technology.
