Development Room Manager - Lead Early Years Innovation

N Family Club is seeking a Room Manager Improvement Specialist to lead multiple nurseries with a strong focus on quality improvement, staff development and safeguarding. The role centers on mentoring teams, modelling best practice and embedding the N Curriculum across sites.

You will drive high standards of care and education, support leadership development, and work across nurseries to ensure consistent outcomes for children and families.
