The ideal candidate will have a background in project management or investment development, currently delivering major residential-led schemes across London.
The role involves controlling developments post-acquisition, ensuring adherence to planning processes, overseeing design checks, and progressing all elements of the scheme. Some project delivery responsibilities are involved.
