Development Director - Maternity Cover (Arts Festival)

The Edinburgh International Festival is seeking an exceptional Director of Development to join our senior leadership team on a maternity cover basis, until end of January 2028. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead the Development team and play a pivotal role in achieving growing fundraising targets.

You will work with corporate and individual philanthropists, develop new income-generation propositions, and inspire a collaborative, inclusive leadership style to turn ideas into reality.
