Development DBA - Hybrid
Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Development DBA to join their team on a permanent basis.
Please note, the role requires 6 days per month on-site in Dublin.
You will design, implement, maintain the database systems. Working closely with Software Developers, DevOps and Product Teams, you will ensure high availability and consistent performance across all environments.

Development DBA - Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a DBA in a software engineering environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (eg PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (eg, MongoDB, Redis) is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud-based database services (eg, AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google Cloud SQL)
- Knowledge of database versioning and migration tools (eg, Flyway, Liquibase)
- Understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
