Development and Analytics Actuary

Overview

We are partnering with a leading London Market insurer to hire a Qualified Actuary into a high-impact Development & Analytics team. This role is focused on modernising actuarial processes and building out advanced analytics capability across the business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact analytical projects and business insight.
• Drive process improvement and automation (Python/database-led).
• Partner with Pricing, Reserving, Capital and Risk teams.
• Support development of actuarial data infrastructure and tools.
• Ensure strong governance and best practice across models and processes.

Requirements

• Qualified (or nearly qualified) actuary with GI experience.
• London Market exposure beneficial.
• Strong coding skills (Python or similar).
• Confident communicator with strong analytical mindset.
